2021年度のポイント付与条件につきましては、すでに「ＧＥけんぽだより」などで
ご案内しておりますが、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴う状況変化を考慮して、
以下のとおり、変更いたします。

指定期間内健診受診による翌年4月ポイント付与について
ポイント付与対象となる健診受診期間を2022年12月まで延長いたします。

延長後の期間と付与ポイントについて：
2022年7月-2022年12月に受診　10,000ポイント付与
2023年1月-2023年3月に受診　　 6,000ポイント付与

なお、健診結果に基づくポイント付与については、条件変更はありません。

インセンティブポイントの付与条件は、健保機関誌「ＧＥけんぽだより」もしくは
健保ウェブサイト「健康サポート（保健事業）」→「インセンティブポイント制度」
をご覧ください。

Please be informed that due to the spread of the coronavirus, it has been
decided to change the incentive points system conditions as follows.

Currently points will be awarded for medical checkups taken from July to
October 2022. It has been decided to extend this to the end of December 2022.

Points awarded based on the taking medical checkups date:

July 2022 to December 2022       : 10,000 points granted
January 2023 to March 2023　   :   6,000 points granted

The conditions for points granted by the results of previous year medical checkups
remain the same.
