【重要】被扶養者（ご家族）健康診断 予約・受診期間の変更について/Medical Examination Period for Dependent Family Members has Changed.

被扶養者（ご家族）様の健康診断の予約・受診期間を2020年5月29日（金）からと
ご案内しておりましたが、システムの都合により、以下のとおり変更させていただきます。
予約期間：2020年7月1日（水）～2021年3月31日（水）
受診期間：2020年7月1日（水）～2021年3月31日（水）
6月受診でご予約されている場合は、そのままご受診ください。
なお、巡回レディース健康診断につきましては、日程変更はございません。
ご不便をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんが、ご了承のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
This is to notify that the medical examination period for dependent family members
has been revised as follows:
Reservation and medical examination available starting July 1,2020 up to March 31,2021.
Due to renovations made to our systems, we are only able to start in July instead of
the previously notified schedule (May 29, 2020).
If you have already made reservation for a medical examination, please go ahead
and complete the examination on that date.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change.
