および健保職員の在宅勤務等の措置を継続いたします。

そのため、申請等の手続きに時間を要する場合がございます。
ご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんが、ご理解のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

【営業時間（短縮）】
 　対応時間　10：00～15：00（12：00～13：00を除く）
 　短縮期間　2020年4月8日（水）～2020年5月31日（日）

　※感染拡大、政府要請等により期間を延長する場合がござます。
　※出勤者数を減らして業務対応しておりますため、電話応対できない場合がございます。

Our government has declared the extension of the state of emergency on May 4, 2020
and in line with this announcement, this is to notify that our shortened office hours
will continue to take effect until May 31,2020. In the meantime, we promote work-at-home
to our employees.

Shortened office hours 10:00～15:00
Effective:  April 8, 2020 to May 31, 2020

Please be informed that the paperwork for the application require extra time 
and the effective days are subject to change depending on the government 
decision and direction.

Additionally, the office will be understaffed during this period and may not allow us 
to answer telephone calls.
