観点から、当組合では営業時間短縮および健保職員の在宅勤務等の措置を実施いたします。

そのため、申請等に対する手続きにつきましては、時間を要する場合がございます。

加入者の皆さまにはご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご理解
くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

【営業時間（短縮）】
　対応時間　10：00～15：00（12：00～13：00を除く）
　短縮期間　2020年4月8日（水）～2020年5月1日（金）予定

　※感染拡大、政府要請等により期間を延長する場合がござます。
　※出勤者数を減らして業務対応しておりますため、電話応対できない場合がございます。

To curb the spread of COVID-19 infection, the Japanese government and
the Tokyo Metropolitan Office has requested us to take the situation
into consideration and in response, we have decided to shorten our office hours
and to promote work-at-home to our employees.

Shortened office hours 10:00～15:00
Effective:  April 8, 2020 to May 1, 2020

Please be informed that the paperwork for the application require extra time
and the effective days are subject to change depending on the government
decision and direction.

Additionally, the office will be understaffed during this period and may not allow us
to answer telephone calls.
